The Unconscious Mind
That craving, that anxiety, that sudden urge to fall back into old behavior - it's not a failure, it's information. Your nervous system is asking for something. The pattern you're trying to break was built to meet a real need. It just found the wrong solution.
When you understand what the trigger is actually signaling - stress relief, connection, safety, control - you stop fighting yourself and start working with your biology instead of against it. The goal isn't to silence the signal; it's to answer it with something better.
This is why willpower alone doesn't work. You can't outmuscle a system that's designed to protect you, but you can reprogram what it reaches for when the signal fires. That's the work we do together.

Together, we redesign automatic responses, build new neural pathways, and create the conditions where new patterns become your default.

The Right Fit
Who This Is
For
You've tried the usual approaches. The apps, the advice, the resolutions that last two weeks. You understand the problem intellectually - but understanding hasn't changed the behavior.
This work is for people who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start restructuring the pattern itself.
This is for you if:
You keep falling back into the same habits despite knowing better
Anxiety or stress runs in the background of your life like a program you can't close
You've done the personal development work but something still isn't shifting
You're successful in other areas but this one pattern keeps on winning
You're tired of white-knuckling through situations that other people see to handle easily
You want a systematic approach, not another pep talk
This may not be for you if:
You're looking for someone to fix you (this is collaborative work)
You want overnight transformation without engagement
You're not willing to practice new patterns between sessions
You're currently in crisis and need immediate clinical support
Inside the Constraint
Meet Hypnostist & NLP Practitioner
Pete
Hudson

I've been studying NLP since I was 18 — picked up Tony Robbins' Unlimited Power off my mom's bedroom floor and never really put it down.
I spent the next two decades applying it in high-stakes environments — turning around departments, managing large teams, teaching NLP-based sales communication across the country. Not as theory. As tools that had to produce results.
That path led me to Dr. Richard Bandler — the co-creator of NLP — and John LaValle, where I earned my certification in Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning. I also trained under Dr. Matt James for my NLP Practitioner certification. These aren't weekend certificates. They represent a rigorous education in how the mind encodes experience — and how to intervene at the structural level.
What I do now is the same work I've always done — help people change their patterns.
The difference is the precision of the tools. Hypnosis, NLP, and breathwork give me direct access to the mechanisms that drive automatic behavior. We're not analyzing your childhood for six months. We're identifying the pattern, interrupting the loop, and installing something better in its place.
I practice out of Historic Downtown Winter Garden, Florida, and work with clients online worldwide. If you're ready to stop managing a pattern and start changing it, I'd like to help.

Good Connections
You've read this far because something isn't working the way you want it to. A habit that won't break. An anxiety that won't quiet. A response you keep having even though you know better.
That pattern has a structure. It was built, and it can be rebuilt.
Your first session is where we identify the mechanism, test the approach, and start the change — at a rate designed to make the decision easy.
